Green Marine Certification

In 2025, Levin Richmond Terminal enrolled in the Green Marine environmental certification program for the maritime industry.

In 2026, we obtained our certification under this program. This is a voluntary program that helps participants to improve their enviromental performance beyond regulations. Green Marine targets key environmental issues related to biodiversity protection, air, water and soil quality, and community relations.

The prestigious Green Marine certification program highlights and codifies the terminal’s environmental achievements. The certification process includes a yearly self- assessment of the Levin Richmond Terminal environmental performance in nine areas. The self-assessment process is followed-up by a bi-yearly independent audit.
