A 52,000 square-foot sprinklered warehouse is located near Berth A and is equipped with high intensity interior lighting and unusually wide doors. The warehouse floor has been designed to handle an overall floor loading equivalent to the same capacity as the wharf at Berth A. It is currently being used for finished cement storage and distribution. Sites on adjacent properties are available for constructing additional covered storage facilities.
Five and one-half acres of uncovered, concrete-surfaced storage immediately adjacent the docks are available. An additional 10 acres are available for new projects and tenants.
