Mission & Vision
LRTC prides itself on civic involvement through participation and financial support of non-profit social and educational organizations within the City of Richmond and West Contra Costa County. Management is committed to being a good neighbor and supporting the long-term goals of the City of Richmond.
Being a member of the Bay Planning Coalition, Council of Industries, and Richmond Chamber of Commerce, LRTC stays connected to the businesses within the community.
As a member of the Marina Bay Neighborhood Council and the Santa Fe Neighborhood Council, LRTC is aware of community issues and concerns.
LRTC is a strong supporter of the Richmond Police Activities League (PAL), East Bay Center for the Performing Arts, and Richmond Art Center that provide programs for the youth of Richmond. LRTC supports education for the youth of Richmond and other special needs groups that benefit the community.
