Rail Access Access to LRTC by rail is via Union Pacific Railroad or the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway.
Water Access Levin-Richmond Terminal or Port of Richmond's Terminal No. 9 can be accessed from the entrance of San Francisco Bay via the federally-maintained John F. Baldwin Ship Channel. The Channel and the Long Wharf maneuvering area at the entrance to Richmond's Harbor Channel are maintained at 38 ft Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW).
